A booking forms a contract between guest and host. Prices are shown in CHF and include the breakdown displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Cancellation outcomes depend on the booking status and timing. Where a refund applies, it is returned to your original payment method.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
